By submitting a URL for analysis, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to authorize crawling, indexing, and analysis of the submitted website.
• Your use of the Service to analyze the website does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party agreement.

You may not use RankForge to crawl, analyze, or gather data from websites you do not own or are not authorized to analyze. Unauthorized crawling of third-party websites using the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

RankForge respects robots.txt directives and implements rate limiting to minimize server impact. Our crawler identifies itself as RankForgeBot/1.0.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and current information during registration.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to conduct competitive intelligence on websites you do not own without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

• Submit URLs designed to exploit, attack, or probe vulnerabilities in the Service.

The Service, including its algorithms, interface, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of RankForge and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Analysis results generated for your websites are yours to use. You retain all rights to your website content. We claim no ownership over content crawled from your websites.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
• Impose limits on crawl depth, analysis frequency, and API usage based on your plan.
• Restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional SEO advice. We make no guarantees regarding ranking improvements resulting from our recommendations.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankForge and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Errors in analysis results or recommendations.
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Actions taken by third parties in response to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and intellectual property) will survive.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your analysis data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
